Refund Policy
At Growsoon Infotech, we believe in fair business practices and value your time and trust. While we strive to ensure that every project is delivered as per expectations, we also want to be clear about how refunds work if a project is cancelled midway.
When Refunds Are Applicable
- If the client chooses to cancel the project after initiation but before completion, a partial refund may be applicable.
- In such cases, 50% of the total project cost will be deducted as it covers initial design, planning, development, and time invested.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the project is cancelled after 50% or more of the development work is completed.
- If delays are due to client-side inaction or non-responsiveness (e.g., content delays, approvals, communication lapses).
- Once the final project is delivered and approved by the client.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an official refund request to growsooninfotech@gmail.com with project details and reason for cancellation.
- We will evaluate the request within 5 business days and inform you of the refund status.
Mode of Refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
Note: All refunds are subject to our internal review and the stage of the project lifecycle at the time of cancellation.
