Project Estimates & Understanding

At Growsoon Infotech, our estimates and timelines are based on the details you provide us. We value clear communication to avoid any surprises down the line.

• All estimates/quotes are prepared based on our understanding of your requirements at the time of discussion.
• Any modifications — even small improvements — may result in additional costs depending on the effort required.
• We strongly recommend a face-to-face or virtual meeting to ensure full clarity before starting the project.

Quote Acceptance

By accepting a quote, you agree to all the outlined terms and conditions of Growsoon Infotech.

• Acceptance can be done through verbal confirmation, email, signing the quote, or payment of the advance (initiation fee).

Client Responsibilities

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all requirements are clearly communicated before project initiation.
• Clients must provide a detailed scope, flow, or features they expect. If no detailed input is given, we will proceed with our best understanding.
• Any misunderstanding discovered later may lead to scope change costs.
• Please clarify each requirement to ensure you are quoted for the exact needs.

Content Submission

• All website/app content and necessary assets should be submitted within the first two weeks of the project start.
• Delays in providing content can lead to project delays and may attract additional charges if they exceed a reasonable time frame.

Browser & Device Testing

• We test all our websites and applications on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
• If you require support for older or non-standard browsers, please let us know in advance.
• Responsive designs are tested on iPhones and iPads. For testing on other specific devices, please inform us before development begins.
